Obligatory use of RES, cogeneration and waste heat in district heating systems, with the obligatory efficiencies.
At least 50% of heat from RES; at least 50% of waste heat; at least 75% of cogenerated heat or; at least 75% of combination of the above heat sources must be used in district heating systems.
